Islam is a monotheistic religion that is based upon the Quran (the book of Allah) and the sunnah (the teachings of the prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him).

Allah is the arabic word for God. He is the One, the Only. He has no partner nor progeny, He is the Creator of all.

The prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) is the last prophet sent by Allah to all of creation. Like the prophets Moses and Jesus before him, he came with the message of Islam and the Oneness of Allah.
